Site changes and device sync

Use these checks when changes to a site have not taken effect or when you are unsure whether the devices need to be synced.

Site changes have not taken effect

First, check that the changes have been uploaded:

1. Open the site details in the Synleap app.
2. Tap More in the top-right corner.
3. Select Upload Site.

If the changes still have not taken effect after the upload completes, restart the app and check again.

When Sync Devices appears

Sync Devices appears only when both of these conditions are met:

• The site contains at least one charger.
• The uploaded changes need to be delivered to the devices.

Device sync is required for changes such as:

• Load-balancing settings
• The Fuse and Circuit structure
• Electrical limits
• Charger bindings

It is not required for changes that only affect information stored in the app or cloud, such as:

• Site name, address or notes
• Wi-Fi details
• PIN

When a device sync is not required, the app skips this step automatically.
